2016 Jeep Compass Other or unknown Problems

“Abs 4wheel drive and traction control light stay on and won't come off and since they popped up I've been having issue with my acceleration. It's been causing my car to randomly stop accelerating while I was driving on the highway. My 4wheel drive light pops on a few minutes after I start driving but the other 2 lights stay on all the time.”

“I was driving my car and I turn on the air conditioner I hear this awful noise coming out of my glove box area, it was so startling that it took my eyes off the road and I hit a tree. I have the sound coming on every time I drive my crashed car.”

“On 12 jan 2017 a lady backed into my car at approx 35 MPH and destroyed the passenger doors - the entire right side of the vehicle - the airbags did not deploy resulting in injuries to my son and myself. I was parking in a parking lot at the time and she was backing out at a high rate of speed without looking.”

“Jeep repeatedly leaks from dome light after it rains. My map light is filled with water when it rains.I had puddles of water in front and rear passenger foot area. The car smells really bad.my Jeep Compass stopped in the middle of the road just a month after I bought it.”

“When accelerating from a stopped position, I.e. At a stop sign, my car begins to drive, then I hear the engine rev , as if it is in the neutral position. It is in drive. Then I shut off the car, restart and then it is ok..it is very dangerous. It does not happen often, but when it does, it is very dangerous. I would say it happens 1x per week, sometimes 2x per week. I have a video of the revving but you can't see anything of course!”
