“My vehicle has an open recall (NHTSA Recall Number24V-132) which the car manufacturer has failed to remedy. I contacted them 2 times and each time they told me that part is unavailable and will contact me when ready. The first contact was March 22, 2024 when I took the vehicle for another recall. I have yet to hear from them.”

NHTSA complaint #11589097, filed 2024-05

“I took the vehicle in to have the dealer implement the fix for safety recall. 24V-720 (manufacturer #95b). The steps documented in the NHTSA Saftey bulletin were not followed. They omitted the charging requirements and skipped the drive cycle test as required in the safety recall instructions. I do not feel this recall was completed accurately and could put me at risk of fire if I attempt to charge the vehicle. The dealer just says they completed the recall. …”

NHTSA complaint #11635230, filed 2025-01

“I purchased a 2022 Jeep, my miles are under 20000, I took it to the dealership and told them something was going on with the vehicle. They checked the vehicle and said nothing was wrong with it. I ended up taking it back because the situation got worse, they finally told me it was my suspension. I also told them about the recall that was over looked. They told me to pick up my vehicle with no explanation to why. I had a warranty and there was no reason for them to deny me service.”

NHTSA complaint #11632285, filed 2024-12

“The front suspension rattles and clunks constantly as if there is loose linkage or ball joints going bad. It is happening at every speed and is worse when it is hot outside. I am concerned that something is loose and will result in a loss of control. The dealer has been unable to find the source of the loud clunking noise but says everything looks ok.”

NHTSA complaint #11604183, filed 2024-07

“The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while driving 20 MPH, the vehicle was vibrating. The vehicle was taken to the dealer however, no failure was found. The contact stated that the tread on the driver’s and passenger’s side front tires were extremely worn. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and a case was filed. The failure mileage was 100.”
