“Driving on highway doing 55 MPH. Car stalls and lights come on and can't go not than 25 MPH this happened numerous times thank god nobody directly behind me and I was in right lane with lane to pull over or could have had a deadly accident. Jeep seems not to care until it's too late.”
NHTSA complaint #10597264, filed 2014-06, 65,000 miles“After refilling the gas tank the car will jerk suddenly and or stall while driving. The problem will stop after the car drives for a mile or so. This will happen while the car is in motion or halted (at a traffic light or before pulling into traffic). In particular I have been pulling into traffic and had the car not move forward or slowly roll forward. I have also been at traffic lights, and when I press the accelerator the car will not move. There are no warning lights before the car stalls/jerks. …”
