2015: “I bought my 2015 Jeep Patriot on july 4, 2020. Every since I've had my truck, there has been problems. I have taken my truck to 4 mechanics and they can't seem to find a problem. Also the dealership that I got the truck from has not even tried to contact me back about them fixing it for me. I'm stuck with a vehicle that doesn't work at this point.”

NHTSA complaint #11354400, filed 2020-09, 63,000 miles

2016: “Driving on the interstate at highway speed the red lightning bolt warning light came on, as did the check engine and traction control lights and the accelerator cut out. I was able to coast across 3 lanes to the side of the road, but this has happened three times and apparently my 2016 Patriot wasn't included in the recall that addressed this issue.”

NHTSA complaint #11322617, filed 2020-04, 62,000 miles

2010: “The headrest mechanism popped out while I was driving and there was no accidents. It was in the passenger side headrest that did this. I heard a loud pop while I was driving and it scared me. I will be calling chrysler tomorrow regarding this but I have been told it won't be covered under warranty. This is a problem from the manufacturer of this just can happen without an accident.”
