2013: “The ABS module failed in summer 2025. We took the Jeep to the mechanic who was unable to source a new part. The part has been on backorder now for over a year. We cannot get the Jeep inspected because of the break safety issue. The Jeep has no ABS if emergency breaking. Several warning lights are constantly on when operating the Jeep.”
NHTSA complaint #11741237, filed 2026-06, 104,494 miles2018: “Defrost is awful everywhere except in middle. Why would defrost run across entire front dash, and not blow out air anywhere except in center!! It's for looks my dealership told me. Very dangerous, 6-8 inches on driver and passenger side no air blows out. In snowy or icy conditions defrost does not work, cannot see unless you pull over and scrape it!!”
NHTSA complaint #11395576, filed 2021-02, 15,000 miles2014: “Found oil all over the floor of my garage, had not driven Jeep. It has just 30,000 miles on it. Brought to dealers over 3 weeks ago, they are still waiting for a backordered part. And I am without my Jeep. Was told 14,000 on backorder-if its that bad for breakage why is this $1200+ repair is recall? I googled it and found it to be a big issue.”
