“The contact owns a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4XE. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the contact attempted to buckle the front driver-side seat belt, but the seat belt retractor was stuck. The contact was unable to adjust the retractor. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed with a front driver-side seat belt retractor failure. The contact was informed that the front driver's side seat belt needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact was informed that the repair was not covered under warranty. …”
