“I have been waiting for a part that has been on back order for over 1 year! I live in Hawaii and i understand these things take time but over 1 year of waiting is ridiculous! I’m currently being told by my dealership that I’m waiting for an abs module that’s been on back order for a long time already. I need to know if there are alternatives options for parts? A loaner? What are my options at this point?!”

NHTSA complaint #11771539, filed 2026-10

“I have been waiting on a part that been on back order for months- ABS module anti lock braking system in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler- I'm not the only 1 waiting for this part to come off back order been since Feb 2024 I've been waiting its Oct 2024 - They need to recall it if they cant take off back order very dangerous to drive”

NHTSA complaint #11619869, filed 2024-10

“My clock spring on my jeep stopped working. I know when I looked online there is a recall on 2015 jeep wrangler clock spring being bad. My horn, steering controls, and air bags aren’t working correctly. If it’s recalled it should be fixed free of charge.”

NHTSA complaint #11586209, filed 2024-04

“ABS brake light and traction light will randomly turn on and cause the car to automatically brake while driving in traffic. This almost caused me to be rear ended by the car behind me.”

NHTSA complaint #11470296, filed 2022-06

“The ABS, Trac control & Brake lights are all illuminated on the dashboard. I took it to have a professional check it out. It turns out the ABS Modulator is faulty, causing my Jeep to not have ABS, or traction control. This is a safety hazard as the Jeep is not known for its great handling during any emergency braking situation. Here's the worst part. Jeep has known about this for over a year without any solutions to fix it. Why haven't they been held to the standards? Didn't the government bale them out before? This is a serius Safety feature and Jeep needs to do something about this, ASAP.”
