“The contact owns a 2010 Keystone Cougar rv. The contact stated that the rear bumper separated from the frame of the vehicle. The manufacturer was contacted and advised that the vehicle was not included in NHTSA campaign id number: 12v355000 (structure:body:bumpers). The rv was not repaired. The failure and current mileage was 3,000. Updated 01/30/13 pictures received. 01/31/13”

Consumer states problems with carbon monoxide detector the consumer stated the carbon monoxide detector was not displaying a green light. After removing it, the consumer discovered it was not battery operated, but rather hard wired. The wires were not connected to anything. The screws to the drawers were not long enough and the slides had no support. The cabinet doors under the sink came completely off, due to the screws not being properly secured. …”
