NHTSA complaint #11472734, filed 2022-07“When the auto start/stop is engaged and the engine is off (e.g. at a stop light), the car will sometimes shut down. It is as if I pressed the button to park the car. The shifter knob retracts but the indicator light stays on “D” for several seconds and I can’t restart the car. It has happened when I’m in an intersection waiting to turn left and has stranded me in the middle of the intersection. I have reported this problem several times to the dealership but they say they can’t reproduce the issue and there are no advisories from Land Rover. …”
