“My 2016 Range Rover has the symptoms (doors may appear to be closed but may be unlatched) that match NHTSA Campaign Number 20V387000. However, Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC will not include my vehicle in this recall since my VIN falls outside the VIN range. As NHTSA Campaign Number 20V387000 states, unlatched doors may open while the vehicle is in motion, increasing the risk of a crash. …”

NHTSA complaint #11662089, filed 2025-05, 70,000 miles

“The contact owns a 2016 Land Rover Range Rover. The contact stated that the vehicle's doors fail to lock when activated. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer who informed them that their failure was related to many recalls for the year/make/model relating to the door locks. The contact was unable to identify the exact recall however, the VIN was not included in any recalls. The vehicle had not been repaired as of yet.
