“I am 100% sure I experienced sudden acceleration. Here are the facts: 1. Approximately 4-5 p.m., I was eastbound on sepulveda blvd., torrance, ca. (almost at the corner of arlington ave) about to complete my last errand of the day to pick up a prescription at rite aid drug store.
