“My dashboard has been melting, sticky and pieces have been falling off since 2011. I have reported it to Lexus and they said now that my car is out of warranty they won't cover it, even though there was a memo released in 2010 to replace dashboards if they were under warranty. Mine was never replaced and Lexus is claiming they have never heard of this memo.”

I didn't know the reason until recently when I saw a report on the news of numerous other people having the same problem with their Lexus.”

After further research I find that I am not the only consumer with this problem. In 2012 I first noticed the sticky and shiny dashboard only on the passenger side which I've mentioned the issue to the dealer who stated he hasn't heard about such issue. …”
