“Door hinge on vehicle looks to have manufacture problem but I do not see a recall for this issue it is break through the metal and creating a hole and may need to be welded of some sort or a new door. I purchased this vehicle from Lexus in ft myers florida around two years ago and the door has always hard a ruff close to it. Recently ive noticed it getting harder and harder to close.
