“I hit a pothole on my way to work at 4:55pm on monday feb.24,2014. The pothole was at the intersection of cumberland ave and higgins ave.I was going north on cumberland towards talcott ave, park ridge. As I approached higgins ave, red light turned on. I was behind one car when the green light turned on. The car in front of me was able to avoid the pothole, but since I was right behind, I did not. The moment I hit this pothole with my front, left tire my dashboard displayed a message that I have low pressure in the tire. Automatically my wheel started pulling me to the side. …”

The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the technician verified the failure, and stated that all four rims needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 55,000 and the current mileage was 101,000.”
