“I purchased a brand-new 2025 Lexus NX 350 from Lexus of Smithtown, NY less than two months ago. At around 1,300 miles, I discovered a large amount of water pooled on the front passenger floor and could hear water sloshing inside the vehicle while driving. I immediately brought it to the dealership for inspection. According to the dealer’s service report dated October 13, 2025, technicians found the A/C drain clogged, removed the carpet from the front passenger area, and confirmed the padding was soaked with water. …”

Looking at the road ahead while seated behind the steering wheel, objects aren't clear, they tend to be wobbly as there is a MAJOR safety issue here with the glass itself. My dealer told me that the other 2025 Lexus NX models they checked all have the same distorted windshield problem as mine does. Its so bad, I frankly can't drive the vehicle as much as I want because I get car sick, dizzy, and at times nauseated while traveling down the road. …”
