“The consumer's vehicle has required multiple repairs to include ball joint replacement, turned rotors and idler arm replacement. The vehicle only has 70000 miles. The cruise would not shut off without a near skid amount of braking, this would also occur because the shifter would not come out of the park position.”

The shifter could not be moved into drive or reverse. The cruise control would not deactivate when the consumer pressed the brake, it had to be turned off manually.”
