“I contacted heritage Mazda in towson md to have the recall fixed. After being transferred 4 different times, the service writer informed me that they could not get the harness to fix this issue and I would have to wait a few years. I contacted Mazda corporate direct and was told by them that the part is available. I feel that heritage just didn't want to do the fix and would like someone to look into why they will not fix a recall item for my truck?”
