Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“I had my car only for 4 months, but the windshield glass is broken when the car was parked on my driveway couple days ago I usually only drive my cars during weekends so the windshield glass broke without any forcing. I was asked to bring to Mazda dealer, the 495 Mazdas at Lowell MA. The technician couldn’t find any cause leading to broken windshield. I took the car to safelite shop. The inspection report is same and believe it is most likely due to quality issue. However Mazda service was not willing to repair. Very poor and disappointing customer support!”
