“While driving with Active Cruise Control (Distronic) and with Lane Keep Assist off and Active Lane Change Assist off, the car would forcefully and suddenly try and steer me back into my lane while performing a lane change while using the blinker. It happens randomly and abruptly. Most lane changes occur without issue and there are no obstructions or other warnings that occur during these incidences.”

“The contact owns a 2022 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLE53. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the vehicle started swaying from left to right. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact stated that while her husband was driving, the vehicle was swaying from side to side. The contact stated that the tires were previously replaced; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The vehicle was test driven and the contact was informed that the vehicle seemed to be top-heavy. …”
