2014: “The car has a eco system which makes the engine stop when you come at complete stop to save fuel. When the incident happened, the car started with a huge jerk as if the gear box is broken. Now it is giving two difference messages: 1. Auxiliary battery malfunction 2. Pre-safe functions limited (see operator's manual) the car is jurking heavily. I took it to mercedes dealer in pleasanton, ca. The service agent asked me if I bought the vehicle from them. …”

2015: “Cluster showed inoperative malfunction on the interstate and car accelerator faulted to 2 mph. A Tractor trailer came close to hitting me. Pulled over. Police escorted off and was towed to dealer. They first installed a new gas pedal but did not work. Now they said it is the harness electrical wiring tans the plug connector to the accelerator pedal that needs replacement. There is a bulletin on this with model year 2016-2019 only. They should include 2015 model as well. Very dangerous that could be fatal or seriously injured. This I happened to. 2015 Mercedes E Class.”
