“On 3/23/2021, my GLB 250 started experiencing electrical and engine issues after I had been stopped at a railroad crossing for 15 minutes with the engine running and the car in park. Once the train passed and I was able to drive, my instrument panel started lighting up with every possible warning light and additional warnings that said to not shift gears and go to dealer immediately. I drove approximately 1 mile and stopped at a stop light, at which time all warnings continued to go off. I could not turn the car on or off, could not shift into any gear, the steering wheel was locked. …”

I had to drive over 25 miles with no dashboard to gage my speed, gas or safety lights. I had no choice as no help was coming to get me. …”

“My car has a recall from May 2021, I purchased my car Oct 2022. When asked about the recall the finance manger at Mercedes Benz of South San Francisco, Rapheal Chin stated it was no open recalls on the car. When I pointed out the repair order didn’t match the car fax, it was explained by the salesman that it was completed. But NHTSA says that it was not fixed. When trying to get it fixed my car sat at the dealership for 8 days with no understanding of how to fix my car. This is clear neglect on the manufacturer and is causing me grief! …”
