“While driving on a service lane traveling east, another vehicle, traveling north at a cross street, broadsided the consumer's vehicle on the right passenger front door. Vehicle lost control and crashed. Upon impact, driver's side airbag failed to deploy properly. Contacted manufacturer, and they sent a letter asking for extensive details about the accident and vehicle.”
