“Front passenger belt will not restrain abrupt forward motion. Air bag indicator light shows system not activated while driving. Ford dealership says this is a common complaint but is not covered by ford motor company policy. Other complaints on this site regarding front passenger belts with the same problem indicate that this situation will become more common until a death occurs. Then ford will issue an apology, after it is too late.”
