“My wife was in a mva on 05/08/09. Her 2006 Nissan Altima was in a crash at approx. 30 MPH. It has $7800.00 plus in damage. It was a front end crash. The airbag did not deploy. She was thrown into the windshield & has suffered a concussion, doctors say maybe tba, bruised chest, abdomen, facial bruising, and major knee injuries. Her seatbelt also did not hold. The car had never been involved in any accidents.”

An opposing vehicle crashed into the front passenger door. The driver side seat belt system housing assembly broke. Suddenly, the driver was ejected into the front passenger side windshield. The driver sustained bruises and a small cut to the face; a bump to the forehead area. The police and ambulance were called to the scene. The front passenger side occupant was transported to the hospital. The vehicle was towed to a collision center. The failure mileage was 75,558. …”
