“The frame was mis-engineered in mass, orientation and design to accomodate the chassis that would be riding on top of it, so much so that the driver feels a constant shuddering, a nearly constant steering wheel chatter, and poor dampening on even smooth or slightly bumpy roads. The vehicle also experiences a feeling of road weariness and sloppyness in turns. …”
