“The brakes on this Frontier have problems . The brake pedal has to much free play ,the brakes don't function till at least 2 inches off pressure and they feel spongy . I have taken the truck to 2 different dealers 3 times , they stated that it is normal and it is within factory specs , I don't agree with them . Iam concerned about getting into a accident . I did some research and there have been complaints since the 2006 model . You think they would have corrected it . This vehicle cost 30000 dollars and iam not happy about . I hope you can help me.”
NHTSA complaint #11093942, filed 2018-05, 7 miles“From the first snow fall in Minnesota, I had to drive very slow, there is no traction, or control of the car. I had 2 spin outs, and one person hit me. I do not feel safe in this car, but you won't trade it in for me. I fear for my life, driving in Minnesota winter. The wheels just keep turning, and there is no way to control the car.”
