Engine: “I was driving 75MPH down the interstate when out of nowhere my engine started acting funny. It started to slow down and then the check engine light came on. As we were exiting the engine started stuttering. We were able to get it to a gas station. It was towed to a mechanic where they found that there were multiple cylinder misfires. They also found a hole in the cylinder head/valve cover. With the vehicle slowing down on its own it could've caused a wreck. The stuttering on the offramp put my family at risk of being hit while trying to turn onto the street for the gas station. …”

Other or unknown: “In april of 2020 we started having electrical issues- the blinkers were going crazy, headlights would not turn off, a strange smell emitting from the air vents, etc so we decided to bring it back to the dealership to be evaluated as we had just at 600 miles on it. It was found to be an issue with the computer module and after being repaired was given back. Fast forward to september 6 at 3,202 miles we noticed the same smell and the blinkers were going very fast again so we headed home and once again called our dealership. …”
