“While driving vehicle it cut off and a got a message stating to check the chassis control system error. It was taken to dealer on friday december 29, initially they said after running numerous test they couldn't find anything wrong so they gave me the keys and as soon as I drove off it did again, I immediately went back and they were able to see the message . They kept the vehicle and called me to inform me that they would be putting a new controller in the vehicle. On tuesday jan 2 I was told my car was ready, I picked it up drove home with no problem. …”
NHTSA complaint #11058391, filed 2018-01, 32,000 miles“The electrical and body modules malfunction ,the engine wouldn't shut off, tried to disconnect battery and it didn't work ,finally after pulling the fuse for the fuel it shut off, but couldn't start the engine back on. Had to be tow to the garage and I was told the warranty only cover one of the two modules that were bad. The total bill $1200.”
