“I only have 1700 miles on my new Rogue. I park in a garage at work and at home. I drove 10 miles in the snow from work to home and my car started shaking so bad I thought the wheels were going to fall off. I took it into the Nissan garage and they told me I have to keep the snow off the wheels and it wont shake. I have never had this problem before in driving 50 years and they are telling me this normal. This is not normal. I got an awd car so I could drive in the snow and now I am being told to keep the snow off my wheels”

I had to call a tow truck they towed the vehicle and told me I cannot get a rental or loaner car untill Nissan determines it was not my fault, so after they finally looked at car and determined it was a fault of the manufacture this was on 12/16/2018 , I had been without a car for 6 days then they said my car would be done on the 17th and their was no need for me to get a loaner. …”
