“This is Nissan Rogue, it's loaded with sensors, malfunction many times without warning, it had locked the brakes by itself in different times day and night, also pick up speed cameras as warning although this was fixed, while lasted was very annoying”
NHTSA complaint #11408029, filed 2021-04, 15,000 miles“A numerous occasions, when I put the car into reverse to back out of a porking spot etc The backup sensor on the right side of the car activates as though there's something on that side, when there is nothing there. It's extremely nerve-wracking to think you're going to hit something when you aren't. I put in a random day but this is having a multiple occasions.”

Upon investigation, the contact discovered NHTSA Campaign Number: 19V654000(Back Over Prevention) which he linked to his failure. NHTSA complaint #11735525, filed 2026-05, 120,000 miles“The car will lock while the key is inside. It also has a security issue that would prevent the car from starting if you lock the doors when you are inside and shut the engine off. Lastly now press lock and unlock will make the car beeps until you unlock it with the fob .”
