“These warning lights always come up-DAILY. No matter if it is hot or cold out. I am worried that they will not work if/when I actually needed them to. I am scheduling an appointment with NISSAN. Nothing has been looked at on it besides my normal oil change/check ups. I have a 7 month old and it scares me that I am not in a safe vehicle.”

NHTSA complaint #11583970, filed 2024-04

“While driving down a road at 40mph that has a speed limit of 45 there are a set railroad tracks that you go over. Of course I slow to 20mph but the forward collision warning activated but it was not a warning but an out right complete stop of the vehicle which would have cause rear end collision if someone was behind me. And it was reported to Nissan about the situation and requested to disable this safety feature but was denied.”

NHTSA complaint #11477566, filed 2022-08

“While driving approximately 40 mph , lost power to the vehicle. No lights no warnings. The gas pedal pushed all the way to the floor and wouldn’t go , lost power steering AND ALL. coasted into a parking lot where my dash then gave the RAB light and a oil light , not due for a oil change , and still won’t turn on.”

NHTSA complaint #11701764, filed 2025-11

“The backup camera stopped working. Vehicle taken to Buckeye Nissan in Ohio and rear hatch cover removed and a significant amount of water discovered in the rear hatch exposing the camera to this water has short circuited the camera disabling it. Tech checked the wire leading to the camera and reports that it has no power. Only option from 2 Nissan dealers is to replace the entire rear hatch at a cost of over $5000. …”
