“I have had a problem with the AC and the service engine light has been on every since I got it also. I have fixed everything I can think to fix to get the service engine light off and it still is on. I have been back and forth with the dealership that I got the car from then they started giving me the run around b/c they just didn't want to fix it any more. Then I tried to get it fixed were I live and one place could not fix it b/c they said that I had a life time warranty on it so I had to take it to a GM dealer ship. The original company said that I didn't have a warranty on it at one point. …”
NHTSA complaint #10199539, filed 2007-08, 89 miles“I have only had this vehicle for 3 weeks but I have noticed that the lower part of the radio and the fog lamp switch get very hot. Particularly at night. I did notice that the foglamp switch cooled off a bit if I turned the fog lamps on. The lower part of the radio and the top part of the climate controls stay hot. This could be a hazard for young children and possibly a fire hazard. That's how hot the area can become. The wiring in a vehicle should not be generating that much heat. I have not contacted the dealer yet. …”
