“Reverse camera does not come on sometimes. When it does come on it can take anywhere from 5- 30 seconds to finally come on. When lane keep assist is activated the car will randomly yank the steering wheel to the right and pull me out of my lane, even with my hands on the wheel. It’s incredibly dangerous.”

NHTSA complaint #11673106, filed 2025-07

“When I turn the car on by pressing the break and put the shifter into reverse, the backup camera says unavailable . I can upload a file. The backup camera doesn't work if you don't wait a while in the car before putting it in reverse. On the second situation, the blind spot light goes on when there are no cars behind me. One time, when a lane was splitting into 2, I tried to change lanes and the car jerked hard away. It had the blind spot light on but no cars in visible range.”

NHTSA complaint #11646324, filed 2025-03

“Cameras do not work on the vehicle. A message displays that they are unavailable. A recall was issued, an update was sent to the car, and now the issue is worse. Car was sent to dealership for full reset and repair and issue is still occuring. I am seeking guidance as the recall is lifted yet the issue is still unresolved.”

NHTSA complaint #11623431, filed 2024-11

“When vehicle is behind driven, and adaptive cruise and steering assist are active the vehicle regularly falsely interprets road lines. When this happens the vehicle veers quickly. This has happened multiple times veering the vehicle into oncoming traffic, off the road, or onto the shoulder. It can be corrected by driver intervention but the car maneuvers quickly when falsely reading road signs”

NHTSA complaint #11689180, filed 2025-09

“I entered the vehicle and placed it into Reverse and the infotainment screen displayed Camera is temporarily unavailable . The vehicle software is version 3.6.4, the latest version stated to resolve the rear camera issues.”
