“The contact owns a 2023 Ram 3500. The contact stated that while driving at unknown speeds, the parking brake engaged without driver input. The parking brake warning light was illuminated. The contact was unable to disengage the parking brake. The contact was aided by another driver. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, who was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was unknown. The VIN was not available.”
