“Suzuki will not perform the recall on my brake for the master cylinder. The bike has no front brakes and they will not send me the new parts to do the repair. They are telling I must pay to get it towed to a dealer 2 hrs from my house to get it repaired. If they won't pay for the tow then they need to send me the part so I can complete the repair myself.”
NHTSA complaint #11408461, filed 2021-04“while traveling at 55mph and just exiting a corner my front brake without any warning and instantly locked up sending me and my bike to the highway in A Skid. there is a known problem with using aftermarket levers after the recalled master cylinder has been changed.this problem poses a serious risk to many if not addressed and remedied. there was a police report that does not reflect what actually happened at all.
