Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“My four exterior door handles are made up of cheap plastic and they have disintegrated. It is very dangerous to operate this vehicle since getting in and out of this vehicle is not easy. I can only access the vehicle through the driver's door. All the other handles have broken off completely. When you use this vehicle in an urban, traffic congested situation, entering this car becomes very dangerous. If this vehicle was ever involved in a car accident, it would not be possible to just open the car doors to rescue passengers since the door are inoperable.”
