“exactly one year after purchase and with approximately 18,000 miles on the vehicle — the original factory-installed front right tire catastrophically failed while I was driving under normal conditions. The tire blew out suddenly with complete sidewall separation, causing loss of vehicle control. There was no prior tire pressure warning before the failure occurred. Tire size: 225 /40R18 88V”
