NHTSA complaint #10852285, filed 2016-03, 176,707 miles

“I own a 2002 Toyota Sequoia, sr5, 4wd. I have the same safety issue that was fixed with the recall (4/28/2010) for the 2003 Sequoia vsc system. I am afraid to pull out into traffic at stop signs on slippery roads. The vsc system reacts and the truck will not move because I cannot accelerate. At times I am in an intersection and the vehicle will not move.”

NHTSA complaint #10504068, filed 2013-03, 46,000 miles

“All of sudden my car starts to make beeping sound, clunking and thumping. Grinding noise. Braking is hard and seems unstable. Skid control light came on and vsc track light came on as well. This happens on a flat, normal road condition on a sunny day. It feels very dangerous and Toyota needs to recall and fix it asap. This happens regularly and I am afraid it may lead to an accident.”

NHTSA complaint #10631360, filed 2014-09, 125,000 miles

I tried to looking for help online, but I am surprised, there were a lot of Toyota Sequoia owner has the same problem like mine.”
