“Noticed excessive tire wearing on one of the rear wheels. Alignment shop said it's caused by alignment issue of the rear wheel and unfortunately it's not adjustable. When I searched online, I saw multiple people complaining about the same issue.”
NHTSA complaint #11217176, filed 2019-05, 55,000 miles“I purchased my minivan with 70,000 miles on it and new tires. By the time I rotated the first time, the front tire on the inside was starting to wear down faster than normal. I had the tires rotated immediately and then checked the suspension and alignment. The mechanic said that the alignment is ok. Over the next 20,000 miles and 3 rotations later, all the tires are worn on the inside due to something in the front suspension/design area.”

I have been driving for 2 weeks with 4 kids in my car without a spare tire. This is a serious safety issue, made worse by incompetent dealer personnel. I was told I would have to buy a new spare tire. …”

The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not notified of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.
