“The contact owns a 2009 Toyota Tacoma. The contact stated that his front driver seat causes back pain and his head rest causes neck pain. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer. The dealer could not remedy the issue with the seat.the contact feels that this is a personal safety issue because it causes neck and back pain. Failure mileage was 10,000. Current mileage is 28,000.”
