While driving approximately 55 MPH, the driver's seat suddenly tilted backwards and could not be re-adjusted. The failure was not diagnosed and repaired. The local dealer (pepabad Toyota, bo montellano carr 735, cayey, pr) and the manufacturer were notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 65,000.”
