Example complaints

Other or unknown: “Driving down the highway and coming to a stop sign there was a sudden explosion...it sounded like a tire exploded but louder. I stopped at the stop sign and got out of my car and walked around the vehicle for a busted tire, but then I saw that my sunroof was continuing to crack...the sunroof had exploded. I walked to the vehicle that had stopped behind me and asked them if they had seen anything hit my car and they said no. My sunroof continued to shatter as I drove home. Frightening situation! …”

Air bags: “My vehicle was not listed under the recall for airbags. Yet, yesterday I was involved in a fairly serious t-bone collision that affected the entire front end of my Venza and no airbags went off. It was a city street intersection and both vehicles were moving about 30 miles per hour. Neither the drivers or passenger side doors would open from the impact so why no air bags?...updated 01/25/16”
