1999: “My Victory V92C has 7,000 miles on it and has lost 4th gear completely. It started by slipping into a false neutral once in a while and now has completely lost 4th gear. Repair shop tells me that this is a huge and very common problem with these bikes and that Victory will not recall them. They even said that the rear wheel could lock up and cause an accident.”
