2011: “Almost all owners I know are having rear brake failures on their Victory visions with ABS. The brakes seem to taking air in and you are left with no brakes. 2011 to 2017 I have gone to use my brakes and found I had none in the back. Causing me to use all front brakes and of course a much longer stopping distance. This is very dangerous.”

2013: “The rear brake master cylinder has needed to be replaced twice in the 5 years that I have owned this motorcycle. Each time it failed it caused a loss in the ability to stop the bike while riding. I have been told by the dealership that I purchased the bike from that this is a common problem with many Victory brand motorcycles. …”

NHTSA complaint #11231287, filed 2019-07, 5,000 miles

2008: “The rears brakes on my Victory Vision are working correctly the pedal is going to the floor. All of the pads are brand new. I have bleed the brakes two times they work better then stop working and the pedal after about 45 miles starts to go back to the floor. I have also read that many people are also having the same problem with Victory Vision rear brakes on their bikes.”
