“I've had my vehicle for almost two months. When backing out of my garage occasionally the automatic emergency braking will engage when no obstacle is behind the vehicle. This has happened numerous times and requires multiple stop/restart cycles to get far enough to actually proceed.”

Additionally, several unknown warning lights were illuminated. The driver shifted into drive(D) to return into the driveway. The driver depressed the brake pedal, but the vehicle failed to respond. The contact stated that his son who was a passenger was in the vehicle at the time of the failure. The driver shifted to park(P), and the vehicle stopped abruptly. …”
