“My vehicle completely shut down while I was driving it 60 MPH behind a semi truck and between two cement barriers. I have it on video, it is one of my problems I had with my car to say the least. It happened once more while I was not moving, had it in the Audi dealer for the second time. After I brought it home, it wouldn't shut down. I also have that on video. The videos are too large to upload, but everyone that drives an Audi should see these. I am glad I am alive to tell my story.”

NHTSA complaint #11076537, filed 2018-03, 33,000 miles

“After just merging to i695 w from traveling south on i95 vehicle continued to accelerate after going full throttle and would not respond to the brake override. It appeared that the throttle pedal was somehow stuck and would not come back up on its own. The pedal appeared to have gone past its 'normal' motion range and had sunk quite low into the floor. This forced me to have to stand with full force on the brake and unto the shoulder with a full emergency stop required. Which in turn caused to brakes to smoke for a few minutes. …”

NHTSA complaint #11186047, filed 2019-03, 53,500 miles

“On 7/4 as I was merging onto the highway I was accelerating to merge onto the main lanes of traffic. I pressed on the accelerator to pickup speed, but when I let off the pedal the vehicle felt like it was continuing to accelerate similar to being on cruise control. I felt like I did not have control of the vehicle. I pressed on the brake pedal and let go to see if it would disengage the acceleration, but it did not. I then continued to press down on the brake pedal and pull over to the emergency lane and park the car. I had total of 6 passengers in vehicle with me, 4 adult and 2 children. …”
