2018: “At times, the stop-start system seems to falter when the vehicle has slowed to almost a full stop, but not quite. If I try to accelerate I get a few seconds when nothing happens. I feel that it is either a transmission caught between shifts or an engine falter. I have mentioned this to the dealer, but was told that that's how it is .”
NHTSA complaint #11406681, filed 2021-04, 20,000 miles2007: “Airbag light stays lit on dash board, safety station says it will pass state inspection (mass) due to age of vehicle. My mechanic cannot remove the service code with his computer? It always stays on, I bought the car 2 years ago and it has always been on, and it always been serviced thoroughly. My mechanic says it's passenger's side airbag??”
NHTSA complaint #11326705, filed 2020-05, 70,000 miles2013: “The car burns oil so much that we have to continuously top off the oil every few days. The dealership states, the engine is big and this is normal. I don't believe this is normal, and perhaps something else is going on and could it pose a safety issue. This problem has been ongoing since the purchase of the certified used car in 2016.”
