2015: “About a month ago after a drive where the engine got up to operating temperature I received a warning on the dashboard saying shutoff engine and check coolant level it is low. This problem continues to happen, spontaneously, while I'm driving. Also, the problem continues to occur despite coolant levels being within normal parameters.”
NHTSA complaint #11414711, filed 2021-05, 76,669 miles2013: “We do not have a garage so our Audi is parked outside. It wasn't starting randomly so we took it to the dealer. The battery was sitting in a pool of water because the metal box the battery is in couldn't drain. That caused a circuit board to short circuit. They claim the issue was with the sunroof having debris like leaves clogging the drainage system.”
NHTSA complaint #11302548, filed 2020-01, 35,000 miles2011: “My wife and I had the vehicle services at Audi of turnersville for $8000.00 at the service writers suggestion. We needed a new turbo with the accessories. After that the vehicle ran fine for a couple of weeks. On the beginning of the next month the vehicle started having problems again! Not starting well...and stalling during operation!”
