“Loss of power/won't Rev over 2500rpms No fault codes displayed on dash Radiator fan goes to max and cuts off consistently every 30sec-45sec Very dangerous situation when pulling out in front of traffic. I've only owned this car for 3 months! I need to get this fixed asap. Also, this problem occurs at random times in all different conditions. It will also reset after turning car off and restarting. It has happened to me 7 - 8 times in 3 months!”
NHTSA complaint #11439216, filed 2021-11“The contact owns a 2013 Bmw 335I. While driving 20 MPH making a 90 degree turn, the vehicle accelerated without warning and crashed into a telephone pole. The contact sustained neck and back injuries, but no medical attention was required. A police report was not filed. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic, but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 42,000. .......updated 12/08/15 , 04/18/18”
