“The passenger 'service airbag' light has been coming on. A dealer has looked at it twice now without a successful repair. The most recent was on 5/24. Supposedly a poor connection at a seat connector was found, code b0021, and wires were cut and spliced together. 2 days later the light came back on just like last time. Our concern is that if we were to be in an accident would the airbag deploy?”

NHTSA complaint #11531865, filed 2023-07, 97,000 miles

“Nothing has happened yet, but there still isn't any progress on a fix from the manufacturer. I worry everyday that I or my children will be killed by my airbags if they deploy. It has been almost 1 year. Shouldn't the manufacturers get to fixing these recalls in a timely manner or update vehicle owners?”
